Tom Hanks' Playtone production company is set to produce the film version of Erik Larson's bestseller In the Garden of Beasts: Love, Terror, and an American Family in Hitler's Berlin. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal has picked up the film rights and Hanks' could possibly star as well as produce.
