Gossip Girl's Penn Badgley is confirmed to play musician Jeff Buckley in Greetings from Tim Buckley, with filming set to begin in August in New York City. Dan Algrant (People I Know) is directing and co-wrote the script with Emma Sheanshang and David Brendel.
