The Canadian chick who says Rihanna stole her haircut and steez (they used to be on the same label) donned a new look at last night's MMVA's.
The "Stuttering" singer performed her single, and rocked a black long sleeved painted on dress with a thigh high slit and lace panel, black and wooden booties, and dark vampy lipstick.
So...
