Although similarities between that movie and Bruce's next film, "Moonrise Kingdom," are likely few and far between, Willis will at least be keeping one aspect of John McClane's personality intact: his wit.
In this exclusive new "Moonrise" poster, viewers get a closer look at Bruce's character, Captain Sharp. The six different panels in the image feature shots of Sharp, one of which has him face-to-face with the film's protagonist, Sam, while the officer says "I can't argue against anything you're saying -- but then again, I don't have to, because you're 12 years old."
Take that, Sam! (Just a tad more subtle than "Yippee ki-yay, motherf----r," right?)
Set in 1960s New England, director Wes Anderson's "Moonrise Kingdom" tells the story of Sam (Jared Gilman), a young boy who runs away from home with childhood crush Suzy (Kara Hayward). The film also stars Ed Norton, Frances McDormand and Bill Murray. It hits theaters on May 25.
