New Prometheus Photos

Hot on the heels of the unauthorized, illegal release of a shaky trailer for Prometheus comes the release of authorized, official photos from the Ridley Scott film. The folks at 20th Century Fox aren't at all happy about the poor quality bootleg trailer that hit the internet last weekend, with CEO of Fox Filmed Entertainment Tom Rothman telling MTV: "That's not fair. It's heartbreakingly unfair, because ... the quality of the visuals is as spectacularly beautiful, shot in 3-D compositionally the way only a master could do it. For some early, early, early, early half-baked, half-assed test to leak, it's so unfair."

I don't watch bootleg trailers/clips/films online so I have no idea how bad the quality was, however I absolutely agree with Rothman that it's unfair to all involved for the first shots from the film to be released in this manner.
