ESPN is reporting Gerard Butler was injured while working on the film Of Men and Mavericks, currently shooting at Northern California's famous surfing spot which can be extremely dangerous even for the most experienced surfers. According to ESPN's Frank Quirarte who was on the scene, Butler was held down for two waves and then hit by four or five more when an outset set caught Butler and the crew off guard.
