Christian Bale's hanging up his Batsuit for good following the release of The Dark Knight Rises, marking the end of the trilogy of films starring Bale as Batman and with Christopher Nolan as director. And while we still have to wait until July 20, 2012 to see the final film of the Nolan/Bale era, Warner Bros Pictures will be debuting the six-minute opening prologue in select 70mm IMAX theaters only in North America on December 16th and in the UK on December 21, 2011. The prologue will screen before showings of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.
