Russell Brand Eying Lead In New Comedy, 'The Hauntrepreneur'

While marriage may not have been his cup of tea, Russell Brand is getting back to what he does best: oddball comedies! Brand is eying the lead in "The Hauntrepreneur." Written by Scott Rosenberg ("High Fidelity"), the film follows a troubled family who calls upon the services of a "peculiar man" (Brand, duh) who, apparently, creates a haunted house (??) to bring them together. "The Hauntrepreneur" is still on the hunt for a director. 2012 looks like a busy year for the comedian: he will next appear in the hair-sprayed comedy "Rock of Ages" and has been working on an untitled series for FX, which he is said to produce.
