Dimension Films and Miramax are going back to Amityville, mining the famous haunted house story for another feature film. The studios just announced The Amityville Horror: The Lost Tapes is on the way, with Casey La Scala and Daniel Farrands writing the script and set to direct. Filming will get underway this summer, with January 27, 2012 as the targeted release date.
