Shiloh Fernandez Interview - Red Riding Hood

Shiloh Fernandez plays the young man Amanda Seyfried's in love with in Red Riding Hood, a horror/romance/thriller directed by Catherine Hardwicke (Twilight). Fernandez joined his fellow Red Riding Hood cast members at the film's LA premiere held at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, talking up the PG-13 rated film before taking in a special screening.

Asked what it was like to work with Hardwicke, Fernandez replied, "She plays music. She'll have us yell at each other. She'll have Max [Irons] and I wrestle. A lot of improv, a lot of improv games. Really just trying to get you out of your head and the preconceived notions you have of the character, put those away and try something new and experiment. She has so much energy that you have no choice but to kind of follow her and to jump in and be 100%."
